A key role for ESS is to assist Teams in attaining all of the resources they require to successfully develop and maintain their ESS Team.

ESSA assists in this regard in a number of ways:

• Cost-Share Program

• List of Best Practices and materials created by other ESS Teams

• Team Trading Post where ESS Teams with Surplus equipment can post their free or for sale goods here

• Links to other useful sites, including ESS team websites
